As the temperature rises, it's the perfect time to treat your furry friend to some cool and refreshing homemade snacks. Not only do these frozen delights help keep your dog cool, but they also pack a punch of nutrition and flavour that will have tails wagging in excitement. In this blog, we're sharing three simple yet irresistible recipes. Each treat is crafted with wholesome ingredients like Fish Skin Twists, fresh fruits, and natural Greek yoghurt, ensuring your pup enjoys a healthy and delicious snack.
Skipper's Fish Skin Twists
Strawberries
1 Banana
Natural Greek Yoghurt
Begin by spreading a single layer of natural Greek yoghurt at the bottom of your mould.
Take some strawberries and either blend or smash them. Then, layer the strawberries on top of the Greek yoghurt.
Dilute some yoghurt with water and pour it into the mould until it reaches the same level as the layer of strawberries.
Smash the bananas and add a layer of mashed bananas on top of the strawberries and another layer of strawberries.
Use the diluted yoghurt to fill the mould, ensuring you don't fill it to the brim.
Place a Fish Skin Twist in the centre of each mould, pressing it down gently to keep it upright.
Place the moulds in the freezer and let them freeze overnight.
Once frozen, remove the pupsicles from the moulds and let your dogs enjoy!🐶
