SHIPPING

• Subject to availability orders are processed and dispatched same or following working day. On our standard delivery service you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working days. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived in 5 working days.
• Our Standard Delivery charge is £4.00.
• Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland will incur extra charges, calculated at checkout.
• Orders over £40 qualify for FREE delivery. This does not apply to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland.
• Next Day Delivery is available at a cost of £6.50. This is exempt from the £40 FREE delivery threshold and does not apply to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland.
• Raw food orders are only dispatched Monday-Thursday via 24 hour couriers, in insulated boxes. They may arrive slightly chilled rather than frozen, but are perfectly safe to go back into the freezer on arrival. Orders on Wednesday and Thursdays may occasionally need to be dispatched the following Monday. All orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
